Kelly Ellard's Lawyer Wants a 4th Trial Due to What the Son of a Bitch refers to as a sentence "too harsh"
VANCOUVER -- A lawyer expects there will be a fourth trial for Kelly Ellard, who was convicted of second-degree murder after Reena Virk was beaten to death.
Peter Wilson, Ms. Ellard's lawyer, wants either an acquittal or another trial.
Ms. Ellard received an automatic life sentence in April, 2005 from Mr. Justice Robert Bauman of the B.C. Supreme Court, and was ordered to serve seven years before being eligible for parole.
Ms. Ellard, 15 at the time, was charged in 1997 in the death of 14-year-old Reena, who was beaten and drowned in Victoria's Gorge Waterway.
Ms. Ellard was tried in adult court and, after three trials, was convicted of second-degree murder.

I'm east indian, this pisses me off. Because if a brown girl were to beat down some skanky white whorebag, she would be prosecuted and they would say "another violent act from the indo-canadian community" which they hate here in BC for some fucked up reason. Its funny, you can go to a white organized community party or an asian one, u still have to pay for food, go to an indo-canadian one like Vaisaki and you get free food. Its a generous community that is painted wrong by idiots.
Kelly should be serving life without parole. She showed some disturbing behaviour as she killed Reena Virk.
The real punishment would be to send Kelly to a male prision and run a train on her that starts from the warden to the gay dude that is everyone's bitch, hell give everyone 3 turns each.
